Crankenstein Writing

 We finished our own Crankenstein books and shared them with first grade.  The class started this writing project with 4 ideas that make them cranky.  These are light hearted ideas that we can laugh about because we all get cranky from time to time!  Some of their ideas were waking up early, going to bed early, or losing your favorite toy.  Once these ideas were brainstormed, the students wrote their ideas in complete sentences, conferenced with Mrs. Howard, then wrote their sentences into their small books and added illustrations.  We were excited to invite first grade to our room to share our writing!
